The process begins with a complimentary 20-minute introductory call, where we discuss your needs and what you would like to work on, and identify the most suitable treatment approach for you.
From there, sessions are tailored to your goals, working at a deeper level to support meaningful and lasting change.
The Outcome
Underlying patterns begin to shift away from limiting thoughts and reactions toward a more grounded and centred way of being.
Clients may experience a quieting of inner tension and a more natural alignment between thoughts, feelings, and actions, leading to a deeper sense of ease and self-understanding.

My name is Camilla Lily, also known as Camomilla, and I am the founder of Inner Glow Hypnotherapy & Ibiza Fairy.
As a hypnotherapist I´m working with clients globally, both in person and online. My treatments are available in Norwegian & English.
My treatments are shaped not only through formal studies, but through personal experience.
